We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to join our dynamic team. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our people and visitors, while championing environmental stewardship at one of New Zealand’s busiest regional airports.
About the Role
As our Health, Safety and Environment Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust health, safety, and environmental systems and practices. You’ll ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards, foster a strong safety culture, and lead the airport’s commitment to environmental sustainability.
You will also be required to attain CAA Senior Person status for ‘System for Safety Management’ and take ownership of our Safety Management System, and Quality Assurance. You will report to the Head of Corporate Services and will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and operational staff to drive and enable high-quality health, safety and environmental outcomes.
