Autumn update from Nelson Airport

Kia ora koutou,

Here at Nelson Airport we want to make sure your experience with us is a great one every time – that's a key part of our vision of “being a world-class airport where zero emissions aircraft operate”.

Over the next five weeks we’re asking for your feedback to let us know how we’re doing. What are we getting right? What can we improve? Your views are important to us and will shape the facilities and services we offer into the future.

Whether you’re a regular passenger or not, it’s important to us that we hear from you. Nelson Airport is for our entire community and our Customer Survey 2023 is open to everyone living in our region.

The survey takes less than 10 minutes, and every person who takes part goes in the draw to win one of 10 awesome prize packs, containing a full-day e-bike hire for two people, a $20 voucher to The Nelson Store, a family pass to the Brook Waimārama Sanctuary, a family pass to the Classic Car Museum, and a free coffee at Sublime Coffee.

As an added bonus, if you’re a passenger and you complete the survey while you’re visiting the terminal we’ll automatically give you a free coffee to enjoy during your visit.

You can complete the survey any time between 27 March and 30 April here

I hope you enjoy our Autumn e-newsletter – read on to learn more about our planning application to secure the airport’s future, known as Project 2-Zero, a new addition to the Nelson Airport whānau, photos from our Walk the Runway event and information about our Easter promotion.
