We honour the memory of Margaret Thelma Bradshaw. At the age of 93, the Nelson-Tasman aviation community lost one of New Zealand’s best known and fondly remembered airwomen.
The track circumnavigates the airport perimeter, which is approximately 5.75km. The scenic loop is popular for walkers and joggers, with great views of the hills behind the city, Tasman Bay, Rabbit Island and Monaco. The track affords great locations for aviation enthusiasts.
The first stage of the multimillion-dollar redevelopment of Nelson Airport may be behind time but it is still on budget, says chief executive Rob Evans.
